Friday, April 4
• 16:00-19:00: Arrival, welcome, and check-in.
Personal meetings with Nadia (15 minutes per person).
• 19:30: Detox dinner with green and purifying dishes.
• 21:00: Opening Circle:
Introduction to the retreat and meditation focused on spring purification. Yoga nidra practice for deep relaxation and regeneration. Retreat intentions and welcome kit distribution. -
Saturday, April 5morning
• 7:45-8:30: Muscle awakening in the green (yoga and qigong). Gentle practice among the trees, focusing on body awareness and breathing, preparing for the spring season. In case of rain, indoor activity.
• 9:00: Green detox breakfast.
• 10:00-12:00: Mindful walk through aromatic herbs and essential oils analysis. During the walk, we will explore aromatic plants useful for spring detox and purification. We will also learn to identify and analyze essential oils from these plants, discovering their therapeutic properties and uses.
• 12:30: Detox lunch and free time. -
Saturday, April 5afternoon
• 16:30-18:30: Practical Workshop: Scrub and Dry Brushing for Purification. In this workshop, we will learn two essential detox practices: creating a natural scrub with coarse salt, aromatic herbs, and essential oils, and the dry brushing technique that stimulates circulation and detoxification. We will also learn which essential oils to use for dry brushing to maximize its benefits. Each participant will take home their personalized creations.
• 19:30: Detox dinner.
• 21:00: Yoga Nidra and Aromatherapy. Deep relaxation session with essential oils, promoting nervous system relaxation and immune system regeneration. -
Sunday, April 6
• 7:45-8:30: Body awakening and breathwork in the green (or indoor).
Gentle awakening session to start the day with energy and peace, incorporating breath and movement to align with the spring season.
Morning tip: Dry brushing with the essential oils recommended in the previous day’s workshop, followed by a refreshing shower to activate circulation and invigorate the body.
• 9:00: Detox breakfast.
• 9:45-11:45: Workshop on Flowers and Their Healing Energy. In this session, we will explore the medicinal properties of early spring flowers, learning to prepare floral remedies for physical and emotional well-being. Each participant will create a personalized floral remedy to take home as support for the spring season of renewal.
• 12:00: Closing ceremony and reflections on the retreat.
• 13:00: Final detox lunch.
